These are as advertised, but be sure you look at a ruler and understand how small 4-millimeters is. I'm unsure if I will keep these.

I wish I'd seen the other reviews. I'd return but it's way to expensive. Maybe I can gift to a newborn. Really disappointed. They are a nice gold, just much too small for an adult.
