Story Behind the Art:
When she was only 11, Heena's father passed away, leaving her mother, Heena, and her 3 younger siblings to support themselves. Heena left school and learned to embroider from her mother. They got sporadic work from local contractors - but sometimes they got paid and sometimes they didn't. A neighbor let them know about a new self-help group in their area, started with support from Tara Projects, a member of the World Fair Trade Organization. Heena is now 20, and has been working with them for two years. The workshop is nice, she is paid a living wage, and has clean water, medical insurance, and a savings plan. She is also able to save money for her marriage.

Wow, I was so happy when I opened the box to find this beautiful cuff bracelet! I wasn't sure what to expect--it could have been very cheesy looking or very elegant--well, ELEGANT all the way! I wore it to the office the very next day and the compliments I received were overwhelming. This bracelet looks like a one-of-a-kind designer cuff....I can't say enough! I love jewelry and often combine very expensive pieces with unique, inexpensive pieces. If this is your "look", you will truly enjoy showing off this bracelet. Definitely beat my expectations! Love it!

Goldtone is poor quality
I was very disappointed in this cuff bracelet. I received the product last week, and after wearing it only a few times, the goldtone is wearing off everywhere-it's already worn off completely in some places. Beware if you purchase this item.

This cuff is a really good buy. I have a large wrist and a prominent writstbone, and this cuff is very comfortable. It looks substantial but is lightweight and doesn't feel clunky or tight. Looks trendy and goes with everything--fancy or casual. Highly recommend!

wire cuff
This cuff is an average purchase. I like it (especially for the price) but I do not love it - it is toooo toooo big. Even when I tighten the cuff around my wrist, it doesn't lay right and so the awkwardness of the fit is uncomfortable. I like it and wear it but not as much as expected.
