Update: I finally decided to keep the ring after 2 returns and 39 days into it, there was a crack on the side of the band and it split. I do not wear the ring every day. I am very disappointed. So please do not buy this ring. I ordered the product but ordered a sz 8 that was too big. The stone was good and i liked the ring. I ordered a replacement for sz 7 that took over 25 days to be sent after my return arrived at their facility which was disappointing. In addition, the replacement they sent had a TERRIBLE stone, that was yellow, scratched as you could see the lines when you looked at it and slightly chipped on the side! I was very disappointed. I have requested a replacement but one thing you need to know if their customer service number that is provided, the ones that answer your call do not have the power to do anything about this since it is an high value item and they will let us know that someone will call us within two days.... the past 5-6 times i have contacted them, i have not received a call! Nor do they have a direct number for the customers to contact these high value returns. I am currently waiting on them to contact me so i can request a replacement but until them i am stuck with a crappy ring and my engagement date pushed until this gets resolved. I will update once the issue is resolved.
I had been looking for months for the perfect engagement ring for my alternative girlfriend. Ordered it, was able to track the package and when she saw the ring, she cried. After years of wearing it, she only loves it more. The ring is unique, and breathe taking. We get complements all of the time. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome!
