I have never had a rug in my dining room, but now that washable rugs are available, I thought I would give it a try. I chose a 7'10" x 9 for my space. I appreciated the fact that your company offers sizes other than the usual 8x10 which would have been too large. The rug is beautiful and truly elevates the space.
Nice quality. It came folded up, rather than rolled, which actually helped it to lay flat better (no rolled up edges on one side). Soft and doesn't pill. It's a nice rug!
I used the photo feature to see the rug in my space for the first time and it really helped me confidently pick out the rug. When it arrived I followed the instructions for unfolding it and the creases were gone by the next day. This is my first rug with a bit of color but still feels like a neutral in my space. I was concerned about it being very thin since it's a washable rug but with a good rug pad it's perfect. I am very happy with this rug
Lovely rug and pattern, it came packaged well and it fits our space very well. I have noticed with other rugs from this website that they are slightly less vibrant in person than the picture but this one actually is pretty close to what I saw online.
Beautiful color and good quality. Feels nice to the touch and walk on.
Beautiful rug - colors are perfect and quality is excellent. Arrived quickly and didn't take long for it to lay flat after unpacking. Nice to walk on with non slip rug pad underneath. Really brightens up my family room.
Beautiful rug, fast delivery, very soft. Customer service was great. Would buy again.
The rug was delivered on time and appears in very good condition, just as we ordered.
*UPDATED* this company has amazing customer service!! They contacted me right away and worked to resolve my issues promptly. I am now sitting on a new rug that is perfect for our space and doesn't smell badly even in the slightest. I am very impressed!* If I could give this zero stars I would. This rug still smells like burnt rubber after 2 weeks. We've washed it (by hand), hung it outside for over a week and it's still awful. All of that and there is no way on God's green earth that you could fit that rug into a washer. Our washer is larger than the capacity named on the website yet no amount of smooshing/scrunching/stuffing could make it fit. So no, it's not washable. The washability was why we ordered this. When I went onto the website to start to process the return I learned that they do not accept returns from Canada. So now we are stuck with a stinky, thin, bunchy, unwashable rug. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We will never be ordering from this website again.
Beautiful, good quality runner fits perfectly in my kitchen!
