Doesn't Match Description of the Rug
Doesn't Match Description. The rug I received is significantly thinner than advertised. The colors of the rug do not accurately match the product images. The rug is poor quality and looks very cheap. Now Bed Bath and Beyond asking me to pay for a return label. These are unfair and deceptive acts or practices (UDAP) that cause substantial injury to consumers. These practices are generally prohibited under federal and state consumer protection laws. I will file a complaint with FTC. I will never buy anything on Bed Bath and Beyond. I learnt a lesson that when considering online reviews for a rug, we should be cautious and look for potential signs of fake or sponsored/paid reviews. This rug has one sponsored/paid review.
