I love this water dispenser and use both the hot and cold on a daily basis. It matches my faucet perfectly. I want to order another one for my new home but am disappointed that it only comes in chrome now. I hope another option is available soon.

I think this is my first bad review at Overstock, and I'm sorry to write it. But the brass fittings on this fell apart when my plumber took it out of the box. Dealing with Westbrass for replacement parts was not a pleasant experience and required a lot of jumping through hoops. They seemed utterly disinterested, as if they had this problem a lot, and had surrendered to it emotionally. My kitchen reno had been delayed 2 months, putting me past Overstock's return policy, or I would have returned it then and there. Part turns up a week later. Plumber attempts to install again. He said it was the cheapest thing he'd ever seen. He recommended putting a big metal roasting pan under it, and shutting it off when out of town. Worse, it operates oddly. To get cold water, you have to turn on the hot tap. Then turn on the cold tap. ??? If you just turn on the cold, you get nothing. All the water goes through the filter AND the tank first. The water spits and sizzles out if you turn the heat up -- there is no allowance for expansion in the contraption, so watch your fingers. We kept it on the lowest setting for two days, then gingerly turned it up. Much hissing and spitting ensued. Today I decided to turn it up fully. The tank roared and shook like an old boiler, and I swear it was going to explode. I cut it all the way back down again, and there it sits. Only 2 companies make these dual hot-cold faucets, and this one is made in China. The faucet is heavy and gorgeous, but I am ripping it out and ordering one made in the USA. I'd rather drop a grand than have my house burn down.

What perfect find! Looked for this item at a price I could afford and I am so pleased. Love the hot water. Filtration tastes great, and faucet works without leaking on both sides. For style design color and function this is a great addition to my kitchen. Product arrived in a timely matter. Installation was uncomplicated according to my plumber. I enjoy the hot water side many times a day. I would recommend this item to anyone interested convenience, as well as quality.
