I love the design and price of these. I even painted them and reupholstered them but after all that my 200 lb (average) husband sat on it and the back broke. I just got them and Im so sad because I really want it replaced but painting them was SO much work., ,,,,,,,
Well, it took a 1 1/2 weeks to get the chairs. There were 4 boxes total. When I opened the last box, I saw a huge tear in the corner of the box. Of course the hardware was missing because it had been in a small bag and of course fell out of the box. I called Overstock and the young lady that assisted me was very kind and very helpful. But, then it took 2 weeks to get a small 6" x 6" box sent to me. Finally, yesterday I received the box. Of course when I opened it, all the correct hardware was not there and a few pieces of hardware included that weren't even needed. Instead of 8 - 1 1/4" screws and 8 - 1 1/2" screws that were needed, there were 14 - 1 1/4" screws, not even enough to put two chairs totally together. Good thing I was able to scrounge up my own 8 - 1 1/2 screws. So, all in all, it took 3 1/2 weeks to be able to get my eight chairs together. If the Overstock representative hadn't been so helpful and done a good job following up, I would be pretty upset with the whole thing.
