We hung these panels on a wall in our DR. We've been remodeling a 100+ yr old Queen Anne Victorian and this particular wall had the old, highly textured, plaster which bumped up into smooth wall where we had removed a barrier. These panels were a great coverup and went well with all the modernizing that we did. We absolutely love them!
Turned a big blank wall behind my bed into a showstopper! Now I have to step up the rest of the room! I didn't have access to a table saw and I ended up cutting by hand. I have rough edges but you have to walk up and look closely to notice. I used liquid nails and tacked with small nails, and painted metallic silver. Took one box of six panels for each row. Because of the difficulty cutting, I chose not to go to bottom of wall and cut around electrical outlets. The directions say to paint after hanging but in hindsight, I would paint first. I agree with the other users that they should pack for shipping better. Lots of the edges were bent, but again you have to walk up and look closely to notice. If that bothers you, don't get this product because you won't get a perfect box.
i would give it 5 stars however upon receipt of materials there are no directions. Actually 5 of the panels are of one design and the other 5 are a different design. one cannot realize this until, in my case, that after installing 5, number 6 creates a different pattern. Actually it was designed to install panel a and then panel b no one can realize this but as you install the panels you are supposed to rotate.
I've been wanting these panels for a long time and now I finally have them. Gonna put them on one wall in my bedroom as an accent wall. Can't wait to see the final result. Love ❤ them.
