I placed this on my modern, newly remodeled bathroom wall behind two floating shelves. Took me a while to get it in position (working alone) using painters' tape and a 4' level. Once it was in place, I marked the corners with a pencil and started peeling off the backing. It helped that it is made of a very sturdy vinyl. My contractor wants to post it on his Facebook page once I get the quartz table on wheels I'm having built that will go under it. Everyone is raving about it. I was going to project a flower picture and paint it on the wall but this is MUCH better! (Sorry, can't edit 1st photo to rotate)
I searched a lot of places to find the right outdoor scene and I found it here. I bought this to put on the wall behind a window frame in my living room that has no window. I did have to buy a "matt spray" to take the shine off the vinyl so it would appear more realistic. Looks wonderful..... like I have a lake in the back yard!
