Overall descent product and because of the Vigo name and warranty it was the main reason we bought this. The hose and internal counterweight must be setup precisely in order to work properly and the motion sensor is battery powered. Overall not bad, would recommend it… just need to read setup directions precisely to work properly.
So far working great . Received much compliments especially the one with brass/gold color . After almost an year of usage Had issue with the sensor and VIGO freely replaced it . For the price it works well and is aesthetically a winner !!
Besides being aesthetically beautiful, the hands free sensor is such a great feature I never knew I needed! Installation was a little time consuming but only because there was not a lot of clearance with our particular sink. Very happy with my purchase.
I recently updated my kitchen and replaced all the hardware and lighting from brushed nickel to aged brass. This faucet looks stunning. I really appreciate the motion sensor. It,s so nice to not have to touch the faucet with icky stuff on my hands ( like touching chicken).
Nice looking and functions as reported. Not quite as much flexibility or length as I like but it works and it's still a good quality for the money.
This faucet is awesome without the sensor. This sensor trips way too easily, just washing the dishes you will trip it and shut it off. We ended up disconnecting the sensor and just using as normal. Highly recommend but not the sensor version.
The person who installed asked where I purchased the faucet. It works like a dream .Makes the kitchen and island look fabulous..
Hello I received my faucet today and unfortunately, the clasping mechanism doesn't hold the water spout as shown on picture. Not sure if it has a defect and should be sent back. Please advise?
