Returned this item due to inconsistencies in the design. Some parts were pulled out really far and looked like they had come undone and the pattern on the top was off center.

It's more yellow beige than a creamy white, so may look dingy if you're using to match white and gray, but if you have it on a more neural beige, it's great. Not really to lay around on soft, but soft if you rest your arm or use as a backrest. Adds texture to the space. Very pleased with the quality and price.
