Everything about this upright Vacuum is the BEST... SO Versatile, you can unhinge the center (see through part) attach wands, etc, and carry easily for upholstery, etc. the suction is powerful, and there are Hepa and other filters... most can be removed and washed (do that sooner than later or it will take several washes). bought one for our daughter, and she LOVES it! Me, too!
purchased in july 16 this ia a great vacuum cleans very good i love the tilt handle to get in tight areas and the easy cleaning dirt cup and HEPA filter!
I got pretty tired of stepping on kitty litter so this was a Christmas present to self. It helped that on the Overstock card it qualified for 0% for 6 months. It has pretty good traction and I find it pushes a wheeled chair around and various other little things around my apartment, definitely an improvement over the one I bought when these robo vacs first came out, even pushed around the self-feeding water dish that holds a fair amount. I've tried Gorilla 2-sided tape under small area rugs and found that after a while even the Gorilla tape wasn't keeping rugs attached to vinyl flooring. I also find that it sometimes sucks up smaller area rugs, gets stuck, and shuts off. I finally bought a wooden riser using Gorilla tape to secure it to the floor, which has ended the water and food dish being pushed around. It is needy. You really do need to do the weekly maintenance. It came with a round of "disposables" and I've since looked on the manufacturer's website for replacement parts, which are a bit more than expected. The HEPA filter is nice and I take an upright vacuum cleaner to it periodically to clean it, doesn't seem like it would stand up to cleaning with water. I'm also not convinced the mopping function is all that practical, still use a Swiffer weekly, but vinyl flooring is definitely much cleaner. It takes people and cat fur well and there is definitely a lack of killer furballs in my apartment now; however, I find an impressive layer of cat fur collects under the HEPA filter. I have long hair that continues to fall, which does get twisted around rollers and has to be loosened around wheels oftentimes with tweezers and scissors. I'm pretty happy with this contraption, just wish replacement parts weren't so pricey.
