in spite of some negative feedback I installed this myself w/ no trouble, as far as the docking feature, there is no need to lock it up, let it pull back, it looks and works great

  • Annoying that pull out does not retract on it's ow
    Verified Purchase

This is a nice heavy faucet with good stream. Only issue is that you have to push the head back into position in order for it to be completely retracted. Looks good though. Will not buy again due to the pull out issues.

  • Nice piece of equipment.
    Verified Purchase

We needed to upgrade our kitchen sink faucet. Was looking for 2.2 gal. FPM, solid metal construction, and appealing design. This fit all bills and looks great installed. Kind of like a swan. Like the bigger handle in stead of a 'lever'. Feels good in you hand. Be sure to get the one with a plate, if that's what your sink calls for. Highly recommend.

  • EXCELLENT Choice!
    Verified Purchase

I bought this faucet and had my plumber install it. I asked his opinion as he doesn't like when I get items from the big chain stores. He said this would be worth the money and could be repaired, which many of the items from the big chain stores you can't repair. they're made to buy and toss once they've run their course. this was excellent and looks sharp too.

  • Excellent faucet
    Verified Purchase

This faucet is nice & easy to put together. I would recommend everyone if you are looking for a high quality faucet, this is the one. the place to purchase, price is lower than anywhere else. The customer service is excellent. For example, the first faucet I purchased was the defect one, then I contact them & they did not give me any trouble at all, they told me to send the defect one back & at the same time the new one arrived in just a few days. Thank you so much. I would buy again & again.

  • Very Happy w/ This

Great faucet at a very good price. It was a little less money than other faucets I was pricing and the looks really got me. The faucet's spray works well, especially the pullout spray option. And when I am done with the spray it recoils very easily and smoothly and the head does not hang. The water pressure is strong whether it is in stationary or pullout mode. It hasn't given me any cause for concern, and it looks so nice in my kitchen.

  • well made, sturdy faucet
    Verified Purchase

Overall, I really like this kitchen faucet. It's sturdy and feels and looks expensive. I haven't had it but a month or so and so far so good. My one concern is that the spray head is heavy (which is good for quality), and as a result eventually (sooner rather than later?) it will not stay up in the resting position in the neck of the faucet, but hang down. I think that if this does happen I will be able counteract that by adding another weight under the sink, attached to the sprayer hose. The extra weight - in theory - should keep the nozzle in the proper position when not in use. That aside, I think its a good value.
