I just recently received this shag rug and floor pad in the color deep turquoise and WOW...what a beautiful color..true to the picture..so deep in color and eye catching in the living room. Everything in the living room had already been decorated and this shag carpet just popped the whole room..so eye catching..pile very soft..In fact, I am going to order a 6 X 9 same color for the dining room. This a great quality, full shag rug, identical to the look and color on the website. It has a tight quality backing and a skid proof strip around the edge. Feels great on the feet! This is a great little rug for the price. Obviously not the most high end of rugs, but it suits my needs perfectly. I needed a rug to cover the slick floor in my bedroom in front of my bed, so that my puppy has better purchase when he jumps on and off the bed. I don't currently have any carpeted rooms, so getting to stretch out on such a large carpeted area (compared to the small bathroom rugs he's experienced before) seemed to be quite a novelty. As long as I can keep him from chewing it up, this should be good for a while to come. Didn't have any issues rolling it out, and it laid pretty well flat almost immediately. Just the very corners were a little turned up. I'm sure after a day or so it will be perfectly settled.

I love the carpet itself. It's soft underfoot and seems very high-quality. I'm glad I bought it and in a large size. But please note that it ISN'T cherry red, tomato red, fire engine red, nor primary red. It's darker -- more of a crimson or scarlet, which makes it a bit hard to accessorize. (See photo for what happens if you put cherry red pillows with it.). However, I like it a lot and have no regrets about having purchased it.

this is an absolute steal! i have looked for a rug like this for months and could never justify the price since i own 4 dogs and have a six year old. this is exactly what i wanted to protect my floor with a very stylish look that will tie my whole room together and idont have to get upset if the dogs or child get something on it.

Was really excited to receive. What the images don’t show you is that the underneath of the rug is a dark navy. This shows through the shag and makes the rug look like it’s dirty pretty bummed, but it’s not a horrible rug.
