These drapes do a great job at blocking the light and heat. They are truly room darkening drapes. The hang very nicely as well. I now have them in my FR, LR, and bedrooms.

The fabric of these curtains is very soft to the touch which I love. As you can see in the photo, they do a pretty good job of blocking the light. My husband does not like waking up to the sun (especially when it rises at 4:30 a.m.) The photo was taken mid-day during full sunshine. I haven't had a chance to steam the wrinkles out of them so they don't hang straight yet. I hope they will after . . .
