I absolutely love this couch! I tried to find one like it from several other stores in person. One of the most frustrating things I was told was that it was not possible to have a sleeper sofa with reclining chairs as a sectional... I had to pick one or the other!! So when I found this on Overstock I was ecstatic. It is LARGE and you will need a large room to properly have it. Our family room is an old attached garage converted into an extra room and this couch fills up more than roughly half of the room. I've had it for almost 2 years now and it has held up well. With 4 kids climbing all over it, a cat, a dog, spills, using it for sleeping, etc. It cleans well and doesn't stain easily which is a huge plus! The mattress is nothing special and not comfortable at all. We added a tempurpedic mattress topper to it and it's extremely comfortable that way. If you're using it for a single night, it's not a big deal. But if you have guests over for longer than a couple of days using it, I would suggest getting a better mattress or a mattress topper. The kids love to spend the night on it on the weekends. With the sleeper sofa pulled out, the end recliner is still able to recline. Obviously the inner recliner cannot. Some TLC is needed for the recliners (not putting body weight on the foot stools, as they are not very strong) and the middle section is very light weight and while the youngest kid is able to climb all over it (5 but very small for his age) the older kids easily tip it over when they rough house. I would definitely recommend this.
