I feel lied to about hidden delivery charges for this item - to note JosephJoseph, an asterisk without any link or explanation is misleading and lacks transparency! And repeating the same ad nauseam waffley response in an email is not answering the question.
The bib looks lovely and is such a dream to use,no bending over as it is quite tall and the recycling bin is great with plenty of space, yes it was a little expensive but worth every penny
Rubbish Literally
Fantastic bin making a great addition to our kitchen. However, poor delivery dampened the whole experience.
Overall I love this bin. It looks so smart. Having a separate compartment for my recycling saves me numerous trips outside and I love the pull out nature of the bottom compartment. I use the tiny food waste bin separately as I prefer not to have it take up space in the top compartment. The fact that the beautiful orange inner bins are removable makes it a breeze to clean. My only concern is that the lid doesn't seem as strong at the hinges as other bins I have owned. I'm hoping that given the cost of the bin the lid doesn't break in time. In consideration of this I am very careful with it.
Pleased with the bin but delivery with Evri was not a good experience. Emailed Joseph & Joseph but sadly they didn't reply to my enquiry until after the bin was delivered. Considering the high end price of their goods I'm disappointed with their delivery service and would not purchase anything in the future.
This is the second Joseph bin that i bought . This one has a bit of a problem when the bin lid opens . It's not sharp like my previous. The body is the same, but the lid is the problem. But overall, it's what it's
excellent quality. Easy to take the inner bin out and clean. It looks good, neat and tidy. It is a bit more expensive to use the Joseph Joseph bin liners, but they fit well and there is no unsightly excess hanging over the sides. It takes up so much less space than having 2 separate bins, so perfect for me.
Design not as good as our old one. The orange food waste is pointless can't get as much in there, smaller. Seals on the bin not as good as the old one. Gap between where the 2 main compartments join. I find it attracts food flies since having this bin due to the seals
Having been an avid fan for J&J (kitchen full of it) and also having the old bin. This one is cheap, feels cheap and is no where near as good as the old version.
