The chest is very nice, but we did not expect that it would arrive in flat pieces to be completely assembled. If it didn't have to be assembled, I would have rated a 4-5 start. But the price was good!

  • Not great quality
    Verified Purchase

Got this cabinet and it was a nightmare to put together. The drawers don't slide in and out well because they don't fit well. Would not recommend.

Item does take about 3 hours to assemble. I have assembled similar items so I could understand how this would be frustrating. Everything is well labeled. Great packaging to prevent shipment damage. Must have updated this item since previous review. Not worth the money in my mind but happy wife equals happy life.

  • Worst piece of garbage I've ever seen
    Verified Purchase

It took at least 5 hours to assemble, and even after careful assembly, it is practically unusable. It came with about 100 pieces (no exaggeration) and one of pieces came broken which we were able to work around with improvisation. The worst thing is that the drawers don't seat properly. After at least an hour of trying to level each drawer, they still don't roll in and out smoothly. If it were something we were using as an actual dresser, we would be out of luck. Honestly, for the price, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. If it weren't so much trouble to dissemble and return, I would return it in a heartbeat. But we're using it as a piece of furniture for the foyer, so it doesn't really have to be functional, so we decided to keep it. Still - if someone had told me what I'm telling you now, I would have thought twice about ordering it. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely just spend the extra few hundred dollars and get the very similar looking (but better quality) one I saw at a name brand retail store.
