Rinse as soon as you're finished and it's perfect!
I live this pot. We had been making tea by the cup and it was just tedious so I'm so stoked to finally have a teapot. We got an electric kettle also so we have a whole hot beverage station input kitchen now and I LOVE it. I like that this isn't as big as I was excepting given how many ounces it holds so it's a great size, feels sturdy, and seems easy to clean. The one downside to it being cast iron is that we had friends over the other day and made tea and it was in there for most of the day so when I went to rinse it out that night there were a couple surface rust spots where the infuser rests on the rim. They wiped off so not a huge deal but I hope I never forget to rinse it out and it gets bad rust. But as long as you rinse it out as soon as your finished with it it's perfect!
Lovely tea kettle with a copper look to it. (not actual copper)
Way too heavy
This teapot is beautiful but wasn't what I expected. Its very heavy and heats up very fast. It seems to work best as a humidifier rather than a tea kettle-ESPECIALLY for small households. This kettle is very beautiful and may be best for me as decoration.
