I live this pot. We had been making tea by the cup and it was just tedious so I'm so stoked to finally have a teapot. We got an electric kettle also so we have a whole hot beverage station input kitchen now and I LOVE it. I like that this isn't as big as I was excepting given how many ounces it holds so it's a great size, feels sturdy, and seems easy to clean. The one downside to it being cast iron is that we had friends over the other day and made tea and it was in there for most of the day so when I went to rinse it out that night there were a couple surface rust spots where the infuser rests on the rim. They wiped off so not a huge deal but I hope I never forget to rinse it out and it gets bad rust. But as long as you rinse it out as soon as your finished with it it's perfect!
This teapot is perfect for a cuppa' tea! I especially like the basket that fits right inside the pot: perfect for loose tea leaves or a tea bag. Be careful with leaving water in the pot: it will rust, but that's easy enough for clean. The manufacturer should be encouraged to make a larger version, too.
