I really wanted to buy this trundle bed (twin) for my guest room. However, I wasn't sure what kind of mattress to buy, so contacted Customer service. Glad I did, because I was informed there was a 160 lb weight limit for this bed! Yikes. Some of my visitors weigh well over that, and with two of them? No way. It looks beautiful, but won't work.

Easy to put together, good quality for the price. Packaging was great. I purchased an 8 inch mattress for the top and a 6 inch mattress for the trundle and I had no problem with the trundle working easily. The mattresses were well supported by wooden slats.

This is a great space savings bed. Easy to assemble. Mattress for the bottom needs to be 7 inches or less

This bed was the perfect size and color for a spare room in our newly remodeled basement, and It was easy to assemble, however cheaply made. It didn’t quite make it to 5 months old before the side piece along the front edge split along the grain. Being a spare bed, it had only seen maybe 12 nights’ worth of use. It cracked when a guest had taken a nap on it. Our friend is on the heavy side, but certainly not so heavy that this bed should have broken during a nap. Overstock did not have another bed in stock to send a replacement part from, so they offered me a partial-refund of *** which I used to buy some screws and steel braces to reinforce the broken piece after wood-gluing the split back together. Also added some hardware that really should have been part of the original design and would have strengthened it.

Easy to put together. Price nice for quality. Very pretty cherry color. Mattresses are not included still good quality for price. Used a regular twin mattress on top works same just a little thicker than foam mattress that needs to be bought separately.

Very well made, beautiful wood. I decided not to use the trundle portion of the bed but it was also well made. I purchased three of these for my living room/den to be used for seating and sleeping. They were very easy to put together, very well designed and constructed, solid wood very nicely finished and well packaged so they arrived without any dings or scratches.

Perfect at the end of my King bed. I got tired of sharing our bed with the dogs. They wanted to be close to us, but with all the flopping around I usually end up with a pretty lousy night of sleep. I had an ottoman at the end and nobody cared for it. This bed was an instant hit. It matches the other cherry and mahogany furniture and fit my twin XL king topper folded in half on the top part and a twin regular on the bottom pull out. The bottom pull out is used at night as steps for our arthritic dog. It was pretty easy to put together, you just need another person. It looks pretty well made to me.

Love this. Very well made! Sturdy and beautiful! Only bad thing is the mattress we had for the trundle is too thick to clear the bottom of the daybed, so we have to lift the bed to pull out the trundle!

I used this bed for years. It’s great when you have guest and you’re able to pull out the bottom. We were able to fit a regular twin size mattress on the bottom as well so both it comfy. Not sure if I but it together wrong but it is a little creaky.

I give this bed a 5 because it is perfect for are needs easy to put install my husband did it in a hour.love the trundle for storage for sheets and extra bedding. This day bed is beautiful and perfect for a guess room the wood finish has a little shine would buy this bed again. Looked for 2 months from other stores Overstock had the best price and got it in 3 days after purchase.

This trendle daybed is solid wood and looks better then the pictures. It is very sturdy and the trundle slides in and out easily. My nephew put it together by himself and seemed to have no problems. All the pieces were there. The hardest part was that it was heavy but that was understandable because it is solid wood.

Love this transition bed. Ordered for my grandson. He loved. The wood is very beautiful and the bed is heavy and very sturdy. The trundle at bottom is extra bed for those sleepovers. My son and daughter-in-law love it!!! Would recommend.

This has a great look at a great price. The trundle is great to have an extra bed available if needed...only would have liked the top bed a little higher so we could use a thicker mattress in the trundle.

Very nice solid wood trundle bed for the price.

We bought this bed in white and it looked great. The roll out bed on the bottom was easy to roll out even with a carpet floor. You must buy a thinner mattress for the rollout and a board for the mattress on top, because I think there wouldn’t be enough support with two boys who love to jump on their beds.

This is a nice daybed that can be used in a living room or guess room. It can easily fit three adults at one time. I will recommend to anyone looking for a nice daybed.

I bought this bed in white for my granddaughter first bed. It was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Especially like that the bottom trundle is sturdy and easy to pull out when needed.

I love this new daybed for our study. We did not have enough guest beds in our home and recently purchased this beautiful daybed. The construction is excellent, the wood just gorgeous.
