Return Policy
You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials and/or accessories. If a return is not received at our processing facility within 30 days, it may be subject to a partial refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a fulfillment error, product defect, or damage incurred during shipping, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for Non-Buyer's Remorse returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and if found not to be an error on our part, the return shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. SPECIAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS: Once the seller approves the returns request, they will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization.

Each hammock is tightly woven in rich colors and comes complete with a multi-use universal hammock stand. The stand features a versatile A-frame design and a durable powder coated steel construction. In addition to fitting the Brazilian hammock in this set, it is suitable for other hammock styles as well including Mayan hammocks and spreader bar hammocks. The stand has a weight capacity of 440 pounds, and fits hammocks sized from 9 feet to 14 feet long.

We stand behind our brand and the quality of the items we sell. We will send new parts, or replace products at our discretion within the warranty period. Before we can help, you will need to provide proof of purchase with the date of purchase and photos of the defective merchandise. We will use the photos to determine the cause of defect and for future quality control.

- Overall hammock measurements: 132 inches long x 60 inches wide. Overall stand measurements: 124 inches long x 40 inches wide x 52.5 inches tall. With the included chains and hardware this stand will fit hammocks ranging from 9.5 feet to 14 feet long. Weight capacity is 440 pounds. Set weighs approximately 27 pounds.
- Hammock is made from tightly woven colorfast cotton and features tied loops knotted for durability and strength. Stand is made from sturdy 1.5 inch tubular powder coated steel for resistance to rust.
- Set includes one hammock and one stand. Stand includes: two 3-inch s-hooks, two heavy gauge hanging hooks, four plastic feet, and two 18 inch chains, so you can easily adjust the stand to fit your hammock.
- Assembly of the stand is easy and requires no special tools. All joints lock together with easy spring-snap button mechanisms.
- Sunnydaze Decor backs its products with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for worry-free purchasing.
