Good for the price
The first bed frame I received was defective - the headboard was out of square and because it's metal, I couldn't get the holes to align with the posts. But BBB was great to work with and provided an exchange. I intentionally kept the original bed frame until I received the replacement frame, just in case any other parts needed to be swapped out. Which was a good thing, because the support frame was also defective. But all is good now & hopefully nobody else receives the bed frame I returned. I was able to assemble it by myself in about an hour. One CAUTION: if you have the slightest OCD, think twice about this type of bed frame. It's painted metal and I don't see how any packaging would prevent all scrapes in the paint. I noticed the paint scrapes as I was assembling it, but kept telling myself it's for a guest bedroom and I won't see it daily. :) If it bothers me too much, I might get some craft paint out & try to touch it up. Overall, the bed is sturdy and it was a good purchase for the price. And BBB stood behind their product/sale.
