Color is more gray-taupe not a cream. Adds interest to our master bedroom but would have preferred a softer rug. The shag fibers feel synthetic. Do not like sending things back so kept it anyway.
Don't order this rug. It arrived disgustingly dirty with thick dirt stains and what appears to be pet urine stains. Looked like it was delivered from a dumpster. Also, brand name was supposed to be Strick & Bolton but what was delivered was a lookalike by Prima.
