I ordered this to fit in a strange kitchen with no counters. It made the kitchen look very cool. Then I moved across state, and I considered giving it away, but I had room in the Pod so it came along. It was perfect for a laundry room in the new garden apartment. Then I moved into a downtown loft, and could not see a place for it, but I brought it along, thinking it would work temporarily as a sorting shelf while I unpacked. But I added some hooks and it is now a gear storage unit, and fits perfectly with the industrial look of the loft.
Purchased this for a guest bath renovation. Clients needed towel/washcloth storage within sight of shower for guests. It was initially purchased to go high on the wall near the toilet, but it fit so perfectly under a window nearer the shower and really set off the room. Slate tile already installed, this hefty industrial pipe style fixture allowed for 2 screws with anchors of 50 pound capacity on each of the circular pieces. This ensured that any grandchild who opted to use this as a ladder wouldn't tear it from the drywall. It also has a generous amount of space between shelves to allow bottles of shampoo, stacks of towels, whatever to store within easy reach of guests. In sight, no need to dig through drawers to find what they need. This could easily work with any rustic or industrial contemporary decor.
