I have stained concrete flooring, a room with hardwood, stairs with hard wood, and a tiled kitchen and utility room. This little steam mop tackles them all with no problems! The best thing I have ever been able to clean the stained concrete with (and I don't recommend a steam cleaner for that if you just had the stained concrete sealed, polished, etc. - but it IS very useful for in between any waxing/coating. Also - FYI - lived in our house for 10 years - have never waxed, re-polished, etc., or anything to our stained concrete and they are still pretty - just a bit dull. The steam mop is GREAT for making them shine, but I recommend mopping them with a damp mop first, just to get most of the dirt. Otherwise, it just dries like a regular mop). But the hardwood floors - they are so beautiful! I cannot believe the difference. And the tile floors - let's just say I was MORTIFIED the first time I steam mopped my kitchen because I always thought my grout was a darker brown. Ten years, I thought my tile was cleaner. Lesson learned and I will never be without a steam mop - ever. Also - the cord is really long, so that's an added bonus.
I have tried many different steam cleaners over the years. This one is the best so far. Arrived quick. I really dread cleaning but was very excited after trying this steam cleaner out. It really saves you time on cleaning and the best part is sanitizing while cleaning without the use of chemical. Features: Light weight, Easy to use, Large water tank, Long power cord, Long steam hose, Pressure gauge, Steam adjuster on the handle, Easy fill spout, Wheels and handle, Lots of attachment tools. Overall, it has just about all the bells & whistles you can ask for and cleans just about anything. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this product.
I have had this steam mop for years, I bought it off the tv, I think it was around 2011/2012. I have 2500 square feet of tile and laminate flooring. It is beginning to run a little rough so I expect it to die out one of these days. When one side of the mop head gets dirty I just flip it over and use the other side. It is amazing how clean plain water can get the floor. If I have really tough spots I will spray them with a spray cleaner or some vinegar and let them soak a minute then they mop right up. If you are looking for a fragrance with your cleaning a splash of your favorite floor cleaner or essential oils on the floor before you mop will do the trick.
