This Western Moments Statue was given to my 15 year old granddaughter. She loves a friend's horse named Buck. When his name is brought up, she is full of smiles and happy stories of her rides with Buck. She describes him as having a big smile on his face all the time she is with him. She says that she will always love memories of his excitement when she gets out of the car with a hand full of carrots for him. She was excited to receive this statue gift. She is trying to think of a name for the statue. One name she likes is "When Buck and I were Kids", or "Happy kid's days of my childhood with Buck". She also likes "My first boyfriend, Buck". This small bronze statue, representing many hours filled with happy memories of her friendship with Buck is a keepsake she truly loves. When I presented the gift to her, she quickly grinned and said 'That's Buck and me". As a result of her friendship with Buck, she is now in riding classes to learn how to properly care for and ride with Buck. It made me so happy when she told me of her plans to always keep this small treasure in memory of her days with Buck.
