This cookware compares to much more expensive pieces that I own...I was surprised at the quality and the ease of cleaning...cooks evenly...highly recommend
cooking with triply is easier than with regular cookware. Due to the infused three layers of metal, it retains heat longer, distributes the heat evening and can cook at a lower flame (med). This fry pan should be renamed a multi-use vessel. Think about it, it can fry, boil, steam and stir-fry all using this one pan. This item is great of the home chef. I recommend it.
