This is just a piece of a silicone type material that you put in the bottom on your oven to catch overflow. You then take it out of oven and it cleans off with soap and water. I didn't have to cut mine to size (it fits almost perfectly in my oven), but they say you can cut to size with scissors, from my observations, it looks like it will cut fairly easily. I run my oven up to 450 degrees (for making bread), and the liner doesn't seem to have a problem with that temperature. Hey, it is just a liner, there are no moving parts, assuming it doesn't scorch or burn up or otherwise react to the temps, it should be just fine.
