  • Beautiful...but will come broken EVERY TIME

Don't bother buying these tiles from Overstock, even though they look fabulous in the picture and even better in person...or "would" look even better in person, if they didn't come BROKEN. I thought, no problem, it happens to everyone, I will just report the problem and get new tile. The second batch came smashed, too. It seems Overstock thinks one flimsy piece of bubble wrap in a giant box with the much smaller fragile tile box inside of it is sufficient. This happened, no joke, FIVE TIMES over a period of two months. I begged customer service to note that the tile is very fragile MULTIPLE TIMES and to ship it more carefully. No dice. One shipment didn't even make it to me because the carrier knew it was broken before arrival and so returned it themselves. Ridiculous. So, although the few tiles that didn't come chipped or broken are very beautiful, it's totally not worth it to go through the frustration of a dozen customer service calls and boxes of broken, sad tile. Buy somewhere where they know how to ship properly.

  • Good Product and Nice Packaging
    Verified Purchase

I was looking for this style of tile for a while now, and the local tile shops want to charge a small fortune to special order. I am glad I found it here. I plan on using in my kitchen as backsplash. The packaging was great, and nothing was harmed in travel.

Excellent tiles that are of good quality. We used it as a accent motif in the shower together with Carrara marble and these tile made a nice standout piece. The package was also well packed and there's no chips/damages of the tiles
