The fit factor is the only thing that prevents me from giving this product an "excellent." It does take quite a bit of effort (pushing and pulling) to get the cover on straight. Unlike other Shurefit products, this cover did not come with instructions or helpful directional tags, and I think the lack of those two items added to the time it took to get the cover on. Once I did get it on and secured into place I was pleased with the look, which I term elegant shabby chic. Elegant because the fabric and pattern are lovely, shabby, because there is a certain amount of wrinkly, worn in look with tie on slipcovers, and chic because it does look very chic indeed. If you are a person who does not like the somewhat rumpled appearance of tie on slipcovers, this product may not be for you. If you are handy with a needle, you can tailor this product for a better fit.
I appreciate that this is a set; nice to have the pillows. However, there are a few downsides: the fabric seems thin (not sure how long it will last), the colors of the cover and the square pillows are not en exact match, and overall, the fabric seems quite rough. I did wash everything, and it held up well in the wash. The "indigo" color a deep blue-green, teal color.
