This a gorgeous bed!! The color of the wood is rich and beautiful! The fabric in the headboard goes perfectly with the color of the wood (we got the gray color) , I was afraid that the fabric color would be too dark but is just perfect!! We are very pleased with this purchase!!
Sturdy and not difficult to assemble. Took 2 people maybe 20 minutes to put together. Quiet and perfectly fit my queen mattress. I would recommend it
Great quality and good looking bed. 4 stars because my fiancé said it was a little difficult to assemble. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend. Several of our guests who have stayed in the guest room where this bed is have completed us on it.
This bed requires some assembly which takes some time, but for the price, it looks great and is well made. The nailheads look great and the upholstery makes the headboard comfortable- works in a rustic room, shabby chic or modern.
I was so excited to find this bed frame, but that turned quickly to disappointment when it arrived... Positives... It is heavy, solid, instructions were easy to following and screws were good quality. The wood color is not as rich as pictured. It is lighter, between an unfinished pine and the color pictured- It's more like a honey color. The gray upholstery color is a nice med-darker gray, as pictured. The biggest problem is the padding on the upholstery, it is completely uneven; flat in some spots and there is extra fabric where the foam is flat. It looks like different foam pieces were used for the headboard. I waited for a couple weeks hoping that the foam would even out...no change. I called Overstock and they were wonderful. Order me a replacement. The new replacement just arrived. Same problem plus a dent in the wood. I think the main issue is poor packaging. For some reason, there are 2 small foam pieces laid in the middle on the upholstery side. Those pieces are causing the indentations ( I think). I am guessing that the heavy boxes are stacked on top of one another and the weight of the boxes are pressing the "protective foam" against the headboard upholstery foam. I'm hesitantly keeping the bed because I don't feel like dismantling the bed and I had thrown away the packaging.
This bed was exactly what we wanted! Assembly was super easy, I did it myself. Seems sturdier than previous bed frames I've purchased. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
I cannot believe how fast this arrived! I ordered this for my 17-year old grandson on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday and he had the bedframe assembled right away all by himself. It has a lot of slats and is very sturdy. The headboard just bolts right onto the frame--couldn't be easier. Looks just like the photos online. He's so happy with it. It looks like a much more expensive bed from one of the furniture stores.
