Now this table was a great buy! It swivels high to be a pub table or can be used as a dining table. We love the rough feel, and really appreciate the plastic/rubber combination over wood that washes up so well and looks like driftwood, The metal leg base gives this table a lighter look for industrial, farmhouse, coastal, modern, or traditional decor. It can paired with matching stools that slide up and down, too.

This table is perfect. Exactly the right amount of industrial and rustic. The table is very heavy but not heavy looking. It is extremely sturdy. It took us, and I should say we are age 60+ (so building furniture takes on a whole new dimension for us vs. younger people), took us just under an hour. We purchased the option to have it delivered indoors to the room of choice. This was a very wise choice, as we were able to reserve our energy for constructing the table. The instructions are very logical. It does take 2 people though. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I purchased the matching stools first and after falling in love with them, decided we had to have the table too. I was concerned that the table top wood would be cheap looking due to reviews from others, but I find it just as charming as the stools. We did add floor saver pads to the feet to insure no scarring on the floors, although they do come with plastic floor savers on them. (Our home is brand new and we want to preserve the floor as long as possible) The table top (as well as the stools) allow the height to be precisely what you choice is. The leg design allows for stability. I would highly recommend this table, but moreover the manufacturer themselves. We have multiple pieces from them and they are consistent in coloring and quality on each piece we've purchased. And all from Overstock.

I was initially surprised the top looked a little more "faux" than I was expecting but once up and used, I appreciate its more of a laminate than raw wood to wipe down. The top is sturdy but the metal base should have been thicker/heartier and we're noticing the top is getting wobbly already. We may just need to retighten the screws where the base connects to the top but I suspect its just too heavy and will be a minor continual issue.

The table top is a flimsy hollow core facade. Not real wood. Mine came with a huge hole were it collapsed in transport. Still waiting for customer service to do something about it. Big hassle. Bad product.

This was a great addition to my kitchen space, the adjustable height works great if you was it table height, counter height, or bar height. It also goes great with the matching adjustable stools.
