Factory assembly re-check EVERYTHING!!

It does state that some assembly is required. However the table was supposed to come with the square base "attached" and all you had to do was attach the legs (supposedly)………BE AWARE not everyone takes pride in their work. After we attached the legs to the table and moved the table to our kitchen, we noticed there was movement between the table top, and the base that was supposedly attached in the factory before being sold……..3/4 of our base that was supposed to be attached in the factory was not. We had to takeoff all the table, legs, turn the table, bottom side up and screw in three force of the screws that should've already been attached, but we're not. I Shudder to think about the injury that could have been caused if someone had even so much as placed their hand on the edge of the table. To say that I am extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control by this manufacturer would be an understatement. The product was literally such a hazard. I can only hope that the chairs don't end up being the same. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND

Some issues with assembly

Item is as expected, and was reasonable to assemble. However, the holes in the drop-leaf panels for the table were all drilled incorrectly - I mean some of them were 1/4 to 1/2 inch off. If I had used any of the three sets of pre-drilled holes to attach one of the hinges, the others would not have lined up, and the leaf would not have lined up with the edge of the table. It wasn't difficult to re-drill them in the right place, but it made the assembly more time consuming and complicated.

I should have wrote this review earlier. I really like my set but one screw was striped and would not hold making the chair like a rocking chair. I know I will not get another chair and in am very disappointed
