This is the worst mattress I've ever had. I wake up with back pain every single day. They won't let me return it!! Do not waste your money.
We bought the mattress due to the cost and reviews. It is very comfortable and perfect for our guest bedroom.
I ordered plush . This is the same mattress I purchased 6 years ago just a smaller size. So disappointed. This feels more like a medium soft mattress than plush. Also almost impossible to get out of the box. Box needs some type of rip cord
This item shows only the picture for the Queen size, no matter which size you wish to view. I wanted the size that was shown on the picture, almost 80" x almost 60", and I looked at the picture and said "Oh that's the one I want". I ordered it, but when I got it, it was about 75" by about 40". I then examined the description closer. They use the same picture for every size, giving the wrong dimensions for every size except Queen. It was very deceptive. I called to ask for a return. I was told that this wasn't a good enough reason for a return and that if it was opened I couldn't return it. The only problem with that is that it is a box mattress and I had no way of knowing how big it was until I unpacked it. It was compressed and needed to decompress, so without doing that, I had no way of knowing. I asked to speak to the manager who the representative said would call me by the end of the day. I received no call either last night or today. Bed Bath & Beyond was an amazing store when they had actual locations. Now, this is just a joke. R.I.P. Bed Bath & Beyond.
After 1 month this mattress never expanded to full size and measures at 72 x 76. It leaves large gaps in the bed frame and my mattress topper, which is the correct size, is larger than the mattress.
I enjoy my new mattress.
Very comfortable and came when promised. I was surprised when it came compressed and rolled up in a cylinder, but it was easier to carry. It unrolled and expanded quickly. The box said it would take 24-48 hours to fully decompress, but It was comfortable in much less time.
This mattress was very comfortable at first. I have 2 twin size and 1 queen size of this mattress. I purchased the beds in April 2022 and the queen size is already (has been for a while) sagging and uncomfortable after less than 3 years of use. Per my research a bed on average should last anywhere from 7-10 years before needing replaced. For this reason I am very disappointed with my purchase.
The Chime 12 inch hybrid queen is very comfortable. It doesn't have any sags and seems durable. It comes rolled up in a box and expanded quickly. Bed sheets fit just right. Of NOTE, the accompanying information states it is NOT Fire proof. I am happy with my purchase.
This mattress was purchased for a small child and has held up very well. However I don't believe it would for an adult. The queen size of this mattress was very comfortable at first.
