Very soft and comfortable.
It's larger than I thought it would be, but it's very comfortable.
This chair didn't even make it to its designated spot before everyone tried to claim it!
Really comfy, huge chair. Guest will love it as much as you. The only negative I have is that one of the bolts that hold the swivel mechanism fell out and won't screw back in and another is stripped so that it can't be removed. I ended up using duct tape to keep the stripped bolt from allowing the chair to turn 360 degrees.
This chair was supposed to make it to an upstairs bedroom for one of our kids. It never made it upstairs. We all love it so much we have to take turns on it downstairs in our living room. We may have to get another for upstairs!
I haven't used this piece since it was dropped off on 12/14. My husband reach behind the chair to use the plug-in, he was scratched. Since the chair was up against the wall, we wouldn't have known otherwise. I just thought it was that small area that was coming apart but when I went to take additional photos, it shows the entire section is coming apart. Disgusting. Paid 3k for furniture that isn't any better than the DIY you can buy off an e-commerce site. My Christmas present from my husband, that's what was paid for. The guys with delivery didn't say anything. What a sickening thought.

Would have rated a 5 if item would have been wrapped better for travel home. Also a piece of plywood nailed to the bottom would not have ripped the lining with 2 holes. And no response from sales person regarding this
I absolutely love this chair! It is huge and can fit two people. But I love to use it as my reading chair! Soooo comfy!
