I bought this head set for the hand set and arm bar. I liked that you can use both heads at the same time and each individual. The only down side is the water pressure. I wish it had more water pressure with both working. I took out the water saver on both heads. the wall mounted shower head just doesn't have enough water pressure. But overall I like the shower heads. The arm bar works good I wish it would let you move the angle of the shower head, not just the height of the shower.
We installed 2 of these at my house a few days ago and the whole family really likes it so far. Although, I do wish the 3 body spray heads can shoot with higher pressure for a more massaging feel. Since this replaces the common shower head, the whole unit is mounted quite high, so the body sprays will be more like an overhead shower for smaller kids. The rainfall head also pivots, but not much, so it only allows me to step back a few more inches from the wall. It's adequate for me, but I can see how it can be an issue for bulkier people, since the rainfall head only sticks out about 15" from the main body of the unit. All in all, this unit works well for us. We just hope that it lasts a while.
Need clear statement of mounting requirements such as how much flat surface for wall brackets and square corners at bottom. Though I was able to figure out how to fit it to a fiberglass shower enclosure with rounded bottom corners and a bump out on each side that added extra space between shower wall and stud (yes I was able to substitute longer more substantial screws to reach the studs for mounting). Some parts provided were different than instructions indicated (4 smaller screws instead of 2 of smallest size and 2 of middle size, and cover plate for wall brackets). Would have preferred some kind of actual door stop opposite the hinge end to prevent over swinging the door *closed*. Also no instructions about firmly holding down threshold other than one screw at the hinge end (I ended up using clear JB weld a few spots out from hinge and also at far end and then caulk on both sides).
