If you are mounting the fixed wall portion on a stall shower, you need longer screws. They ship the door with 1 5/8" SS screws. The typical stall thickness is 1" and if you have sheet-rock behind it you'll only have an eighth of an inch into the stud. They also supply plastic molly's which I wouldn't recommend The door seems too heavy for the 4 screws that hold it. Also the door stop on the bottom is lower then the glass door, so if you push hard, the door will go past the stop
HI bought the frameless Shower door,, no where did it ever say it could not be on certain shower pans. Also the instruction for installation are difficult to follow,, pictures are not clear. The product it self is fine.
Just purchased and installed last month. I was my husbands assistant on the install as he needed an extra set of helping hands. Beautiful shower door but definitely one for a professional to install unless you have the proper tools and patience. Very good quality and solid shower door.
