  • Nice looking but tiny and fragile looking
    Verified Purchase

Not a bad dining set; just beware that looks much smaller than the picture shows. Not even comfortable for 4 diners - no extra room to actually serve food on the table. However, it is really nice looking and I would still recommended for smaller spaces and to be used by a couple with the occasional guest or one small child. I had to return it and Overstock was super nice about it.

  • Table is average, chairs are very poor
    Verified Purchase

The chairs are not real leather, just some faux leather that looks terrible close up. The chairs are also poorly and cheaply made. Don't plan on sitting on one of these chairs if you're over 150 lbs. The legs are very thin and flimsy. I've only had this set for a short while, and already two of the chairs are completely broken. Both my son and I are under 150 lbs as it is. The bolts that tighten the legs to the seat are also super cheap, and many of them have shedded their threading believe it or not. I might be able to fix these things by permanently attaching them with wood glue, but almost rather just throw them out and find a different set. And btw, these chairs will not all fit under the table simultaneously. The table itself is okay, but it scratches easily and is just an average table that you'd only expect to pay $**** or $****for at most. Put your money somewhere else.

  • A little damaged
    Verified Purchase

I received the table in a very timely fashion, but unfortunately there was slight damage to the table. I decided not to return it because for this low low price, it didn't bother me enough to deal with the return process. The set looks great though! I have a cat, and if you do as well, I would recommend getting them declawed before you buy it - easily scratched.

  • Very Stylish
    Verified Purchase

We bought this set for our dining room because the space we have is very small. If fits nicely and looks great. When putting it together, it was nearly impossible to be done by hand so we used a drill to screw pieces together. It was still difficult to put together because the holes were a little off. Once together, two of the chairs wobbled - this was easily fixed using pads on a couple of legs. The chairs are very comfortable and very light weight.

  • Great price yet concerns
    Verified Purchase

I just received the table set and put it together. I must admit I had difficulties putting it together as the parts didn't align properly, the instructions weren't too helpful but after figuring it out it looks fine.

  • I love my new table!
    Verified Purchase

This set is so beautiful! It's rich chocolate color goes beautifully with any decor. They wood is easy to care for- which is important with a 4-year old! It's just a fab chic little table- perfect for apartments or small dining room; but it's not so small that a family of four is uncomfortable at dinner time. PERFECT!

  • Very modern look
    Verified Purchase

The table is nice but not as dark as I thought it would be. Goes well with other decor. Very modern look. Chairs only hold up to 175 lbs. Table and chairs are very light as far as weight. Great price!

  • Nice Smaller Dining Set
    Verified Purchase

The set works well in our smaller apartment. The chairs al fit snugly right under on each side when pushed in, so it is definitely hard to use for more then the four people it's designed for. We thought the chairs were going to be real leather, but it is more of a faux leather upholstery, but still looks great. The assembly on the chairs was a little trying due to all of the little screws that need to go in and the tool that needs to be used to do so, but fortunately that was a one-time thing.
