Can't go wrong with a Wusthof. I had researched automatic and 3-stage sharpeners. I was leaning towards a 3-stage util I happened upon this. The coarse and fine sharpeners do the job, though I've only had this for a short while. Time will tell.
I have Wusthof classic knives that come from the factory very sharp. The Santoku knife and the Nakiri knifes can be sharpened back to there 10 degree angle with this sharpener while my Chef knife, I sharpen to 14 degrees. Extremely sharp knives make preparing food so easy!
