great quality for wishbone chairs
Beautiful chairs! I'm an interior designer and I chose these for my personal home. They are sturdy/well made and come fully wrapped. My tall & large elderly dad has used them with ease, and they are a perfect touch of boho chic.
Great chairs and excellent customer service when FedEx misplaced one chair.
I originally seen these style chairs at a specialty furniture store is it was 4-500 each! With much research and reviews I decided to purchase these chairs! Was concerned about the quality and if it'll be delivered damaged or what not. But these are great chairs looks identical to the expensive ones and quality is great! Highly recommend! Chairs are comfy to sit in and looks nice clean and modern!
I bought these chairs to fill a space around my dining room buffet - they fit perfectly, good quality and great price.
I bought these July of 2021, we don't even use them very often. They scratch like crazy, I paid full price for 4 back then. Waste of a ****. Don't buy these, they will look like crap in no time.
When I first received the set of two chairs, they appeared to be well made and sturdy but one wasn't painted thoroughly and it was obvious. The chair manufacturer's customer service was nice to deal with and offered to either replace the chair or provide a small refund back. I opted for the small refund and will use touch up paint to fix the problem areas. I would've rated the chairs 4 stars despite this, but I have to deduct another star because after minimal use, the woven seat is looking worn (losing the black color in areas) and appears to be separating. I'm regretting this purchase. I wish I would've looked for a similar set of chairs with rush seats instead of paper cord. Now I'll have to buy the rush cord & try to replace the seats myself or pay someone else to do it for me. Other than these issues, the wood frame is nicely sculpted and appears to be well made. Overall they're nice looking chairs. They'll be even better after I touch up the paint and refinish the woven seats with high quality materials.
I fell in love with these chairs from the get go. I was not disappointed! The wood is a little more warm than what appeared on my screen as stated in another review. I'm grateful for the heads up on that because they are exactly what I was looking for to go with my black table. They are comfortable and the seat is substantial.
These are great chairs! Solid and comfortable!
These are beautiful chairs. I was excited to receive them. Unfortunately, in the shipping process, there was a miscommunication from the marketplace seller (a third party seller, as I understand) that made my experience with Overstock.com turn negative. The resolution was not satisfactory to me. This product is sold in pairs, but in my experience, each item was delivered separately. One item was delivered without a signature, the second required a signature. This was never communicated to me as the customer awaiting delivery and working to manage receipt. Trying to report the shipment confusion on the automated system, I selected "incomplete order" per the drop down menu. When the second half of the package arrived, the fed ex courier recommended I refuse the package, since I had already reported the delivery incomplete and was initiating a return of the incomplete order. I followed suit on this advice. Rather than honor this member of the delivery teams advice, I am being charged additional freight fees. This is an i status factory experience with Overstock.com and then marketplace seller. I will not return to order from this merchandiser nor their marketplace sellers.
