  • Hard to assemble, pieces are missing
    Verified Purchase

Got the lamp yesterday and finally decided to assemble it today. Packaging was fine. the first 3 out of 4 saucers from the bag the fine, but the fourth had opened wires with the plastic cap left loose in the plastic bag. Instructions aren't clear. The instruction says use the screws, but they are missing. Next, 2 wires inside the 2 arcs were tucked so far away, that i wasn't able to get them out. Great idea, poor execution.

  • Happy with this lamp.

I love the look and style of this lamp. I get lots of compliments from visitors. I have it over my sofa and it looks great, takes up no floor space and provides the right amount of light. I would get this lamp at this price if you are considering. Beware though, assembly is not a one person job. Call a friend. Only issue was that the lamp came with a missing screw - minor but it is a crucial one that is not standard. Still trying to find a replacement.

  • totally cool!

This is such a cool lamp! I have it arcing over my dining room table, and it looks like a slew of space ships is ready to land! It gives off a lot of light and the built-in dimmer is a great addition. The only reason I didn't give this a full five star rating is because it was relatively hard to assemble. The click together wiring took quite a bit of force to snap together, and the metal mesh on the "saucers" does not lie flat. in addition, although the instructions state that each saucer is secured to the arc arm with a screw, no screws were included, nor could I even figure out where such a screw would go. All in all, the lamp looks terrific now that it's assembled - a great addition to my mid-century modern home.
