Safavieh Vintage Hamadan Jaroslava Oriental Rug

Really, for the price, I was shocked at how good this looks and how deep the pile! I have some real Persian rugs I bought in the 1970's and they were old then, so I know something about how real rugs look. My little companion dog passed away and after a year of being distraught, I got two puppies so that I would have joy in my life again. I bought several of these rugs to put down while I stored my "real" rugs so that the puppies would get used to rugs and would learn that they were not pee pads, chew sticks, nor were they outside grass. I also wanted them to have cushioning and traction while running; not a bare, cold floor. These have been warm and very, very plush and pleasing to look at! Tough and washable, they have worked to a tee and, a year later, I am still using them scattered about with my other rugs. I think if there were fringe on these, they might fool some novice aficionados! I highly recommend thes because they are amazingly plush and soft with a lot of pile, they are very attractive and warm and the colors and patterns are very appealing and harken back to the authentic tribal patterns. These are an incredible value.

The Safavieh Vintage Hamadan Jasmine traditional Red/ rug is absolutely gorgeous. The colors are bright and vibrant. I am very happy and impressed with the quality of the rug. I would definitely recommend it!

We were in need of a small, inexpensive rug for our in-law suite above the garage. This rug is exactly as advertised. I have lots of authentic vintage kilim rugs in the house- is this one of them? no, it is not a super cool vintage rug- it is very obviously machine made and new BUT It is plush and soft and the colors are vibrant. It seems well made like all other Safavieh items I have purchased. I could not have found a better quality rug for the price and appearance.

This rug actually blends in with my vintage & antique Persian rugs, I'm very impressed with my purchase. The quality for the price point is fantastic. Highly recommend any of the rugs in this collection.

With a small kitchen reno complete, our tile floor was looking a bit lonely. This rug really delivers. I was a bit worried about the brighter hues in it, but it beautifully blends in to our style and has received many compliments. It is thick and plush, very luxurious feeling underfoot, so much so that I have to continually relocate my dogs off of it while I am cooking. Definitely recommend to anyone considering

This is one of my favorite purchases. I was looking for a vintage type rug that would look good in my hall. The walls are white and this rug is the pop of color that I so desperately needed. No complaints here!

Beautiful and well constructed. The pile is soft and very high quality, I didn't know what to expect and was very pleased. I would purchase another Safavieh rug again. The colors are exactly as pictured and it looks wonderful under my dining room table. This rug ads just the right pop of color to any room! I got the 7' x 10' size and the photos are of that size under a 6' long x 3' wide table. Great buy!

My rugs arrived in just a few days in perfect condition. I was so excited! They look amazing and feel great to walk on. My puppy and Cat where sitting on them within mins. I ordered 4 rugs and had all of them for my first house party this past Saturday. So many people asked about the rugs and how great they look. I told my girlfriend what I paid and she couldn’t believe it, saying they look like expensive rugs. This was the first time I shopped from Overstock and I’m hooked! It’s amazing how beautiful rugs can make you feel proud of your house.

I loved this rug so much that I ordered the larger 11x15 for my home and am giving the 9x12 to my daughter for her home. She loves it as much as I do. The Savaveih brand of rugs is outstanding. I love these two so much that I will be ordering another Savaveih rug to go over my bedroom carpet as soon as I can afford too. In fact these rugs will make me money when I move out because I will be able to get my full deposit back by covering as much carpet as I can with your rugs to protect them from my grandkids and my puppy, (no stains spills etc.) I am also going to order the Vintage Hamadan 2x8 runner for my hallway as soon as it comes back in stock so that area will also stay clean. Overstock.com is the best and a "top notch" company to order from. Everything I've gotten so far has been wonderful (except for a dog pen which its quality wasn't what I thought it would be and I ended up not needing it , but I can't return it now because I waited too long but that's on me not Overstock.com. So all of you shoppers on line dont hesitate to order from them, they are fantastic to deal with and the delivery time is so quick it's unbelievable.

Same as the other reviews, this rug is well-made and true to description. I was waffling between my normal subdued color pallet - greys, blacks, whites - but decided to go for it with this rug since it was for the hallway and didn't have to compete with its surroundings. Glad I did, it's vibrant and makes the right statement.

The rug shipped fast. It is extremely soft and looks great in our livingroom. I will definitely buy another rug from Overstock again. What I disliked is that it took a few days for the wrinkles to flatten out.

This rug is a steal. I love the bright colors and makes our entry way pop. The rug rolled out easily and smoothed out in under 24 hours. It is on the thin side, so I do recommend a nice pad underneath.

This rug is lovely! It is so thick and cushy! I am using it in our kitchen in front of the counter and I have to shoo the dog off everytime I want to use the sink! She won't get off this rug! I'm using it in the kitchen, but it is beautiful enough to go anywhere.

The color is great, I love it. Looks better in person than the pictures online and was the perfect fit for my room. Nice and soft.pile. I will be adding a rug pad though for some real comfort. Delivery and packaging was great. Great purchase for the price. I do recommend this beautiful well made rug.

Color very vibrant. True sizing. Beautiful runner. A little on the thin side but with rug padding support underneath it feels plushy. Will definitely recommend to a friend.
