Great rug!

Using this outdoors on a cement patio with no shade except from umbrella when opened. Haven't had it long enough to comment on color fading but I got a sticky dark fruit stain on it and it came right out with soap, light brushing, and hose. It got very wet but dried within a day (I kept the wet part off the ground) and looks like nothing was done to it, love it. The color is slightly different than on my computer screen, darker/more saturated, so for the better: green = medium-dark sage, cream = not as light as whipping cream, probably one shade darker towards warm beige. The green flowers are outlined/shaded with some black which I hadn't noticed online but it looks really good and would match black furniture perfectly. I have brown wood and it looks great too. The pattern is more modern than traditional, so not your typical flowery thing and does not look overdone at all. It's hard to tell that the rug is synthetic; in direct bright light, there is a tiny shine to the cream part which gives it away, but only if you're looking closely. It's a fairly thin rug but substantial and doesn't fly up in strong wind nor moves around (I'm not using a rug pad), so for me it's just right. It's not rough on bare feet but not exactly super-soft but young children would definitely crawl and play on it; my dog likes to sleep on it. I'm very happy with it and am now looking for one in the same brand/material to use indoors in my kitchen.

I am LIVID that this rug is described as INDOOR/outdoor. Should ONLY BE OUTDOOR. Very irresponsible of Overstock.com. I was looking for a neutral-hue rug for my child's playroom. The leaves print on the website looked beautiful, in person, the leaves print is VERY DIFFERENT. The website makes the rug look soft and creamy. In reality, the rug is HARD, RIGID, BURLAP-y, and it HURTS. Yes, it hurts to kneel on it - my child often plays in the playroom with just a onesie, now I have to put pants on her so her legs don't get scratched & raw. NOT for indoor use. I am going to look into returning this, and I refuse to pay for S&H - Overstock will def. get a customer service call from me.

HOWEVER, for outdoor use, this rug is perfectly fine, serves its purpose. Has a dirt/dust/mud-gripping weave to it.
