Safavieh Outdoor Living Vernon Brown/ Beige Rocking Chair

I was torn on this review. I researched a lot before I ordered these chairs so here's my breakdown of the pros/cons. Pros: -They look beautiful -Assembly was rather easy -They arrived quickly and in good condition -The color of beige is really quite light and I would really consider these more of a natural / off-white -Good price Cons: -The cushions as other reviewers have mentioned are extremely hard. I mean I would not even consider them cushions. This bothered my husband a lot and he felt like the chairs were thus uncomfortable. They bothered me less but in the end we are probably going to have to invest in new cushions for the product. -The wood is pretty fragile. I dropped one piece and it quickly put a crack in it. The chair is definitely still functional, but it scares me for the months/years to come. I don't think these will be the LONG lasting chairs I had hoped to order. -The chairs really don't rock very far backwards. It's a limited rock which is mostly the ability to rock forward.

The cushions are so firm they are uncomfortable. I ordered two chairs, and both had some scratches on the legs. Looked like someone had tried to put them together the wrong way and scratched the wood near the screw holes. I already had invested so much time in ordering, waiting and assembling that I decided to keep them. Nice look, but not very comfortable, and not easy to assemble. Definitely a 2-person job. The wood is also rough, and I am going to have to sand the armrests down to get them smooth.

This chair is soooooo pretty! And what a great value. It wasn’t difficult to put together and all of the screws fit nicely as the directions laid out. The seat is wide and roomy and although it has a lower profile, it’s incredbily comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Buyer beware...even though the beige in the picture appears white/super light beige, the actual cushions are a more golden light beige.

These chairs are great! They were easy to assemble and they are gorgeous in my back yard. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for a great rocker for your outdoor area.

This rocking chair was easy to put together and looks fabulous. It's very sturdy and a great addition.

These chairs are much bigger than I expected but are nice and wide and have a limited but smooth rock. They were easy to put together and look nice with our other outdoor furniture.

These are great rocking chairs and perfect for the outdoors! Easy to assemble and the cushions are durable and a great white cushion to match the added sofa! I was so pleased I bought 4!

Beautiful chair. Fairly easy to put together. Care with your hands getting dirty when putting the chair together (its wood) and then touching the cushions. We have several finger prints on the white cushions. Overall, very satisfied and would order again.

Beautiful chairs! We ordered 4 for our outdoor fireplace living area. They are extremely comfortable & provided just the “right rock”. The cushions are very firm & look & feel high end ! We love them! We also ordered the matching love seat, 2 chairs & table to really set off the ensemble! Putting together takes some patience but worth it because of the price.

Chairs went together easy (just 5 pieces) and are just what we wanted! Perfect for the space. Clean lines and modern rocker. Cushions appear to be waterproof and removable! Love love love!

it doesnt rock as much as a typical rocker but so great and cozy

Looks so great on my front porch! The arms are “skinny,” though, when you try to rest your elbows (say, drinking your morning coffee), and cushions are hard, but that’s not a bad thing. Easy to assemble, and really really look like teak!

Great chairs - very modern. Pretty easy assembly once you get the hang of things - one picture implies there are 2 screws but it is really only one. Love the look.

I like this chair. It doesn't rock much which I like but my partner doesn't. The cushion is firm but not uncomfortable. My only issue is the cushion color. It looks like it's just a liner. I plan to recover it to make it more appealing.

Nice looking and pretty comfy but a bit of a pain on the ass to put together.
