The rug looks cheap. No wonder no has reviewed it.
The rug was packaged so tightly rolled up, that it's still not laying smooth on the floor. I've had to use heavy weights to get it stay flat, and it's still rippling. It also took an extra long time to arrive. I'm disappointed.
The rug was pretty thin and the colors were way off. From the site it looked like the colors were visible, but blended well and fairly muted. However when we got the run we actually found them to be almost neon on the purple and red/pinks. Visually the rug was much louder than I expected.
While this rug ended up working out for me, the "natural" is much lighter than the photo--more like bone or ivory. The stripes are also much more colorful----more pinks and purples than I was expecting. It reminds me of an Easter egg actually. It's very lightweight and cleans easily.
I got this for our "kids' play area" of family room. The carpet in person is a little more colorful than I expected. On screen I see the primary color being beige and the colored stripes are thin so I thought its a good carpet to replace the old too colorful kids' floor mats. But in person the colors of the stripes are more vivid which makes it suitable for kids area (they like it) however the tuning color down part of my purpose wasn't satisfied completely. But its still a fitting carpet for the kids area so I am keeping it. Also after two weeks I think I will need to steam it for the folding lines to smooth out.
