"Can this rug be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner?"
The colors of the rug are very pretty but slightly muted from the picture shown. The rug wears well overall, even with a medium sized dog in the house. The price was very goo overall as well. Because of the dog, the rug is prone to pulls, but they have been easily fixable and I wasn't surprised it happened. I would purchase this rug again!

After finding this rug on another site, I was pleased to find Overstock had it for almost $100 less! It is beautiful and feels great! My kids and cats are all hanging out on it! The quality is amazing for the price and the colors are as rich as the pictures depicted.

THRILLED with this rug!!!! I looked at thousands of rugs and this was the perfect one to add personality to my neutral living room. I am SOOO happy with this. The blue is NOT navy, but is still a pretty blue. Much lighter than navy. But, I didn't even mind. Will have to switch out a few accessories, but again, it's worth it. GREAT QUALITY. HAS NOT SHED AT ALL (Kind of an usual thing for a wool rug!). As a heads up . . . My rug was NOT 8 x 10. The actual size was 7' 9 3/4" x 9' 10 1/2". Typically I would rate this lower than a 5 due to it's inaccurate sizing BUT . . . I'm so in love with this rug, I'm still giving it 5 stars. Thanks Safavieh for a GREAT RUG and thanks Overstock for a GREAT PRICE (I found a rug I liked almost as well and it was OVER 3 times the price of this rug. GREAT DEAL! GREAT RUG! You have a VERY HAPPY customer! I will be ordering a rug for my dining room from Overstock soon. Am going with a solid "navy" from Safavieh so they blend as I have an open floor plan.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this rug. This is the second Safavieh rug I’ve bought from Overstock and I’m so happy to say that Overtock is 2 for 2. Our home is a prairie style with arts and crafts touches. This rug fits in perfectly. Sometimes arts and crafts furniture can be a little “severe” but this rug softens the decor perfectly. The colors are widely varied. Not just one yellow or one red or one green. The variation gives the rug depth and the ability to fit in most color schemes. Now we’re shopping for the perfect rug to fit in the inglenook and I’m sure Overstock will have the perfect one. Update... Had a slight billing issue but handled quickly and professionally via email. Overstock.com continues to impress.

I bought this Safavieh Blossom/Navy rug and a smaller matching one because they tie in well with the existing mature color palette in my living room--soft yellow and shades of cornflower blue. Their quality is excellent and they ground the room perfectly. I've bought several rugs from Overstock and have never been disappointed. I would note, though, that this one is a textured rug, so people with walking or tripping issues should be aware of that before purchasing. The colors are perfect, and what you see on the website is what you get.

Gorgeous and sturdy. I have dogs that romp in the house. These particular rugs are made to withstand an active household, while bringing color and warmth to the room. Love them. So pleased I bought two. Update: still no snags or unraveling in either of my Safavieh blossom rugs. I am impressed. They really add warmth and color during a cold Ohio winter.

This rug looks so much more expensive than the actual price. The colors and pattern are gorgeous. I purchased 3 different Safavieh rugs and each one is stunning. I also love the texture of the tufted wool it gives the rug a one-of-a kind feeling. I would recommend this rug to anyone.

Very thick rug
Received this rug today and am very pleased with the colors and the quality so far. It is a very thick rug with thick yarn loops. The colors are very similar to the ones pictured with the green background color best represented in the third picture. It arrived very quickly and was double wrapped. It will need some time to settle out flat after being rolled up. I gave this 4 stars for now until I've had it long enough to decide on the performance. Also ordered the 9x11 and will update once it arrives.

I purchased 3 different sizes of these rugs to separate the "living spaces" of a large vacation condo. The are super thick and I have had no problems with them sliding (you might want to consider a non-slip pad underneath for your situation) or shedding. The colors are slightly muted, so even though this rug has a lot of colors, it won't assault your senses. The upside of so many colors is it matches so many decorating styles, making this rug a great base for planning your color scheme. If you are not the best decorator (like me), start with a rug like this and then select your other pieces to match!

Gorgeous rug and wonderful quality. Minimum shedding. Everyone comments ok how much they love it. Only con is the textured surface is hard to vacuum and after a while it can feel scratchy sitting on it. Wouldn’t want it in a playroom but perfect for a more formal living space.

Loved this rug; unfortunately my almost 2 year old bernese mountain dog pup loved it even more and ate big holes it it within 2 weeks of installation. I have replaced with a thin polyester rug which is 100% fake, not hopefully not as tasty as the beauty it replaced

Use a high-quality rug pad under your carpet to reduce surface friction. Vacuum 1-2 times a week for the first few weeks using a low pressure vacuum cleaner without beater bars. Do not pull “stray” loops. Always cut them back with scissors.
