Safavieh Dante X-Bench Taupe Grey Ottoman

This is exactly like the picture - and the fabric is nice rich linen weave and the brads are silver toned. Same dark grey color as in the picture. I am not sure why "Taupe" is in the title. There is nothing taupe about this bench. Very sturdy and comfy to sit on. The only thing negative I can say about this piece you can see in the photo if you do a close up and look at the fabric on the legs. There is a very SLIGHT wrinkle/bunching of fabric in a few spots. This doesn't bother me - I am using two together at the foot of a king size bed, so I just turned the not so great sides to the middle. But if you are a perfectionist, you might want to take a look at the picture and see if you can live with this. Very generous dimensions - and our room is large this wasn't a problem. But if space is a concern, check out the dimensions first. They arrived very quickly and the packaging was amazing. It had rained before I got home and the bottom of the box was wet. However inside the box there was a raised bottom (and top) made out of a corregated material and the bench was covered with a cloth drawstring cover. Not even a little damp! I was very relieved. I love the way these look at the foot of my bed and couldn't be happier with them.

This bench arrived quickly and it appears to be a sturdy and beautiful bench. The caution I would give is that the color is greener than I expected given the photo here and the description of "Taupe Grey". I would call it Army Khaki, if I gave it a color. It's a neutral that could blend anywhere, though. I still like it.

I ordered two for additional seating in my living room and placed them partially under a console table. They are beautiful, well made and actually bigger than expected; which is GREAT because the table is pretty substantial. They are NOT taupe but grey and the fabric has a linen feel. However, this doesn't matter because I plan to have them reupholstered in my own fabric and knew this when placing the order. Therefore, color never mattered and the quality of the construction as well as the price was most important. I am thoroughly pleased and they are the final pieces completing my living-room.

The color of this stool is a dull, green gray. Not a blue gray, but a warm army green tinted gray. Stunning.

I love these ottomans! I have had them for five years now, and they are holding up very well. I get compliments on them all the time! Very happy with my purchase.

We used this bench for our client makeup bench.

Missing some nail heads when arrived but had replacements included. Sturdy and stylish with good proportions, though! Couldn't find a better piece, either.
