Safavieh Courtyard Charmaine Indoor/ Outdoor Rug

The reviews for this rug said it was darker than pictured, which it is. I need a little darker color and it is a perfect match for furniture on my front porch. I order two, and love the look, see photo.

EASY TO MAINTAIN- Safavieh makes the best rugs ever. Great designs and they hold their color. Great with kids and pets and spills- which happen. I purchase Safavieh rugs all the time. Fashion forward designs and these rugs maintain their color for a long long time. I would recommend!

I use the Safavieh Courtyard Strip Terracotta rug outdoors on my cement patio. It fits perfectly under a rectangular table with 6 chairs. It is a high quality rug. I highly recommend.

I was trying to recapture a look that I had seen in a movie. This rug is almost identical to the rug in the movie. The colors are true to the picture on line. The rug laid perfectly flat when I laid it down. I am very pleased with the quality & color. It is the focal point of my newly painted white lanai & gives a beachy look too the whole room.

I had ordered a previous Safavieh rug for my patio and it was just too nice to put outside under the elements. I was a square shape so I had nowhere to use it inside. Sadly, I had to return it. The rug was drop-dead gorgeous. I then found this 100% polypropylene rug which was what I was looking for as we have many bird feeders around our patio and I am constantly sweeping and power washing it. When I rolled it out onto our hardwood floor, however, it looked beautiful under our modern *** dining set and is a little larger than the *** rug we were using. It makes the area look bigger and the neutral colors and simple stripe pattern don't conflict with our other area rugs. So for now, I'm keeping it inside until our current patio rug goes through its second season. The pic I took of the new rug was straight out of the shipment package so it shows a little buckling. This will lie flat one I get my husband to lift the table and stretch it. Love my purchase so far and it was on sale at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you! UPDATE: A year later it still looks great and I am very happy with my purchase.

After a bad experience with a Safavieh rug that had to be returned because the color shown and the actual color was so badly off, I was hesitant to purchase another rug of the same brand. This rug was successful - the color was true to the color shown. A little industrial feeling, but given it's an indoor/outdoor rug, I'm pleased overall.

I have been looking at indoor/outdoor rugs for the kitchen that will complement the beautiful Safavieh smoke/beige rugs in the family room. I look a chance on these hoping the stripes would work and they look like they were made for each other. The best part is that Courtyard rugs are SO durable. Just take them outside and hose them down! I have purchased three and ordering for my house. My daughter loves them and will be ordering some for her also!

We have had this rug for over 2 years now in our basement den. It has worn very well. If the dog has an accident or someone spills something I just roll it up & take it to the backyard, hose it down, spray carpet cleaner and then hose it again, let it dry in the sun & it's just like new! Has a nice nautical look to it!

This rug has exceeded my expectations. I needed a durable, pet-friendly rug that would stand up to cat hair and other cat-related mishaps, if you know what I mean, but still look stylish and clean. I bought two of these rugs, one for the dining room and one for the living room and they fit my French country-industrial décor perfectly. They absolutely do not look cheap and they're softer than I thought they would be. Love them! Highly recommend.

This is just the right rug to tie together our patio. The rug feels good to bear feet and we are really enjoying it. I don't think I would like it as an indoor rug, but it is perfect for our covered patio.

I needed a square indoor/outdoor rug for my dining room, and there aren't many options in the size I was looking for. So happy I found this one! I agree with other reviewers...it's definitely a blue-gray with a darker beige background, but that's exactly what I was hoping for. It's a softer, more natural-feeling material than I was expecting, and doesn't really feel like an outdoor rug. In fact, I don't think it would really hold up that well outside. Great for a dining room, though, as the flat weave allows chairs to slide relatively easily. Hopefully it can withstand my kids' messes!

Tried all the sea grass rugs but they just didn't stand up to life on the water with boys and dog. This rug works well. It is very easy to clean.

I needed a gray, round rug for under our table and found this one to fit our needs. Quality is indoor/outdoor so it's not soft and cushy but that's what I wanted anyway. As far as color, it is for sure darker gray with a hint of blue, but still gray. So on the computer screen it is lighter in both colors than shown. It's more like dark gray/beige. It's what I should expect for the price, but not a steal.

We got this rug for our living room, since the door the backyard runs right through the walking area of the LR I needed something that could take a little dirt and foot traffic. I loved the price on this rug. When I saw that another reviewer reported the rug as blue and not grey I was concerned. I posted a question about this and OS confirmed that the rug is grey and if it came and was not that they would take it back no charge. I will say that there are blue based greys and yellow based greys, this rug def. has blue undertones so it is a cool grey rather than a warm grey (one that would have yellow undertones), but it is def. grey. The rug itself is pretty basic as expected, it looks great in our living room. I put a rug pad under it which I think it does need to give it a little softer under foot feel. I have only had it down for a few days, so I can't spek to durability or how it vacuums, but so far I'm quite happy with the purchase. I think that if you are using this rug outdoors it would hold up well and dry quickly, I'm not sure how fast the off white stripes would get dirty though...just something to consider.

It's the look I wanted for under a casual dining room table. Vacuums up well. However, the edges are still not laying flat. It's ruffled around the edges. There is a rug liner under to keep it from sliding. Hoping over time and more use it will relax. The color is more on the blue/grey than grey side as others stated before me but I was okay with that. I ordered a smaller door rug to match but only after I had ordered and paid, days later they inform me that oops, they are sold out of the smaller rug. So now I had to settle for a rug that doesn't go as well. Well, it's eclectic.

It is difficult to find a runner this long. I have had this outside for three years and still love it. I do take in the winter.

Beautiful addition to my home. The creamy color is a bit more ivory than depicted in the photo but overall looks the same. Can be easily cleaned as well. Can't go wrong with this rug!

Love the quality of this rug, but I'm disappointed in the color. I bought the blue/beige colors, which are much darker than what is depicted online. The beige is more of a brown beige vs. tan and the blue is more navy than light blue. I will most likely keep the rug because it does look good, but just wish the colors were lighter to brighten up the space.

I have this thing where I like to have area rugs in my kitchen. I’m prepared to replace it as often as I need to when it gets dirty from cooking and traffic - but I spend a lot of time on the floor with my dog and cozying up the kitchen floor is my thing. I had high hopes for this rug and ordered it in the black/bone. Now I don’t know what color you think bone is but for me, it’s closer to white than than, and this is not. Worse, the black has a navy hue to it—and navy/tan is just not the look I was going for. That said, the quality was good and while I think it would take awhile to completely lay flat — the weave was solid while the weight was overall quite light.

Good for the price. This is my second Safavieh rug like this. I use these for my inside door mat. I have had one for a couple of years with very little wear. My only problem is, even with a rug pad, it will slide around.

I bought this piece to style on my Front patio and it’s the perfect size and look for what I am trying to go for. It’s a very clean and modern look.

Bought this for and area in my room where my dogs spend lots of time. Easy to clean. I even was able to hose it down.

I would like to give these rugs five stars because they are great. I have ordered two - one for my entry and one under my kitchen table. I love the striped pattern and the material. However - I ordered one black/bone and one blue/beige. Both the bone and the beige are a taupe/yellowed type color. I don’t mind the look but it was not what I wanted or expected.

The rug was very pretty and true to color, but it wasn’t the size it stated. I needed a 5.3x5.3 to fit into my camper. But it was 5.3x5.1. So I returned it.
