I was looking for a couple of yellow/gold accent pillows for my sunroom. The color appears to be more of an ivory background but it was more sand colored and the pillows are not soft. The package arrived within a week of ordering but I was concerned when I saw the size of it. It was literally 3 inches in width. The pillows were vacuum sealed so I was hoping that once I took them out of the bag, they would fluff up. I have fiber filled pillows that are much thicker and these seemed more like Frisbees. I took goose down inserts from a set of other pillows that I no longer used and replaced the fiber ones. That made a difference but my overall view is more like meeeeh.

The overall purchase was easy and now enjoyable. They brought color into a dull room

I didn't read the description very well as I wasn't expecting that these were pillow covers, I wanted pillows.

The pillows are really nice - the background color is not solid ivory, but a flecked, natural background. "Apricot" is an odd color description - I took a chance, and the color is less orange than "apricot" suggests. It's a deep, saturated golden yellow. I might say mustard-y. Not lemon-y. Hope this helps someone out there making the color decision!
